Night Pay Terms of Service
1. General
1.1. The Night Pay service (the “Service”) operates in Telegram and pays rewards for inviting new users and completing tasks.
1.2. By tapping “I accept”, you confirm that you have read and agree to these rules.
1.3. The Service may only be used by persons over 18 years of age.
1.4. One person may only have one account.
2. Mandatory conditions
2.1. To use the Service, you must be subscribed to the Service's main channel and the sponsor channels shown at sign-up.
2.2. If you unsubscribe from the main channel, access to the menu is closed until you subscribe again.
3. Referral rewards
3.1. For each person you invite, you can receive up to 1,000 UZS in three parts:
• 200 UZS when the invited person has completed sign-up and subscribed to the channels;
• 300 UZS when they bring one confirmed user themselves;
• 500 UZS when they bring three confirmed users.
A confirmed user is someone who has completed sign-up and has not left the main channel.
3.2. Team bonuses are currently not credited.
3.3. Rewards are credited immediately and can be withdrawn right away.
3.4. If the invited person unsubscribes from the main channel, everything credited for them, including team bonuses, is deducted immediately. Because of this, your balance may become negative.
3.5. If the invited person subscribes again, the deducted amount is not returned automatically.
3.6. Reward amounts may change. New amounts apply only to future rewards.
4. Tasks
4.1. Each task can be completed once. The price is shown in the task description.
4.2. For Instagram tasks, you provide your username and send a screenshot of the completed action. The screenshot must be yours, genuine and unedited.
4.3. Screenshots are checked automatically by an artificial intelligence service and by an administrator. The final decision is made by the administrator.
4.4. The task reward is credited after review and becomes available after the holding period.
4.5. If you undo the action (unfollow, delete the comment, remove the like), the reward may be deducted.
5. Withdrawals
5.1. The minimum withdrawal is 25,000 UZS / 500 ₽ / $5.00 or its equivalent in your chosen currency at the Service's rate at the time of the request.
5.2. Payout methods: in sum to an Uzcard or Humo card; in rubles to a card or via SBP; in dollars as USDT on the TON network.
5.3. Transfer fees are paid by the Service.
5.4. Requests are processed manually within 3 business days.
5.5. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. Transfers made to incorrect details you provided are not refunded.
5.6. Only one request can be open at a time, and no more than one per day.
6. Prohibited
6.1. Creating multiple accounts, inviting yourself, using bots or purchased accounts.
6.2. Sending someone else's, repeated or fake screenshots.
6.3. Misleading other people into following your link, sending spam.
6.4. In case of a violation, the Service may reject a withdrawal request, deduct rewards obtained in violation of the rules and block the account.
7. Public statistics
7.1. The Service's public group shows rewards, payouts and the user leaderboard. Names are partially hidden (first three characters).
7.2. Payout details, Telegram ID, username and Instagram username are not shown in the public group.
7.3. You can hide yourself from the leaderboard in the settings.
8. Personal data
8.1. The Service processes: Telegram ID, name and username, language and currency, information about invited users, Instagram username, submitted screenshots, payout details, and the history of rewards and payouts.
8.2. The data is used only to operate the Service: calculating rewards, reviewing tasks, making payouts and preventing fraud.
8.3. Task screenshots are sent to a third-party artificial intelligence service for automatic review. Payout details are not shared with third parties except to make the transfer itself.
8.4. By accepting the rules, you consent to this processing. You can withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data by contacting support; your account will then be closed.
9. Other
9.1. Rewards are not wages. Paying any taxes on the amounts received, if required, is the user's responsibility.
9.2. The Service may change these rules. Changes are announced in the bot and in the Service's channel at least 3 days before they take effect.
9.3. The Service may suspend operation or change task conditions if a sponsor ends cooperation. Amounts already available for withdrawal will still be paid out.
